Opportunity:

Redeploy and advance a Salesforce CRM across the company’s commercial sales and account management teams

Approach:

  • Multi-phased development approach consisting of minimally-viable-product (MVP) relaunch for sales team in 3 month timeframe followed by a fully new account management (AM) launch in 6 month timeframe
  • Facilitated gathering of sales process and business requirements to compare against previously deployed functionality to understand performance gaps and tailor the needed system features
  • Used business requirements as baseline for developing technical requirements
  • Identified and worked with third-party development partner to plan and implement the technical build for MVP development and release
  • Fulfilled roles of Business Analyst and Project Manager to guide internal team throughout AM development and launch, assuring that requirements were met at right quality and timeline
