  • Used business requirements as baseline for developing technical requirements prior to scoping and planning the technical build
  • Fulfilled roles of Business Analyst and Project Manager to provide oversight to external vendor during development, assuring that requirements were met at right quality and timeline

  • Enabled the go-live for baseline solution within three months to support organization-wide channel launch
