  • Tailored Lean production course content with Rolls-Royce supply chain working examples
  • Created a modeling program that MRPCs use to plug in vendor production process data and assess performance opportunities
  • Trained 48 Rolls-Royce team members over 2 years

Results:

  • Provided a new skillset to Rolls-Royce employees responsible for driving improved delivery and how to assess this at a supplier
  • Created a more extensive knowledge base of employees who were better equipped to assess and improve supply chain performance
  • Taught a variety of Lean Concepts to those employees responsible for working with suppliers struggling with delivery performance
